Massage Types
Therapeutic/ Deep Tissue
Most popular massage by far! Recommended for anyone who experiences stress and tension of day to day tasks, over use of muscle and chronic muscle pain. Specialties include head neck and shoulders, hip low back pain, and feet.
Essential Oils
Using the Young Living brand choose your choice of oil for a customized aroma massage.
Hot Stone
Can be used for relaxation or along with deep tissue massage.
Salt Stone
Warm Himalayan salt stone massage helps to increase blood circulation, gentle exfoliation on the skin and balance the electromagnetic field of our bodies due to negative ions.
Relaxation/ Swedish
Release of tension in the scalp and facial muscles if desired. Often combined with reflexology or Swedish massage for optimal tension relief. Also good for specifically TMJ or migraines.
Specials and Packages
Spring Special Exfoliating scrub removed with hot towels. Extra hydration for the skin with your choice of lavender or french vanilla oil. Excellent treatment for taking off the dry layer of skin just in time for summer.
